Intergenerational Think Tank;
July 28-30, 2006

On July 28-30, 2006, twenty-seven activists ranging in age from 15–67 and diverse in race, culture, class, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, and faith/spiritual practice, gathered at Highlander to explore intergenerational organizing tensions and opportunities.

Together, the participants developed actions and strategies for working together in our shared struggle. The results of their work will help to inform Highlander's ongoing work on intergenerational organizing and leadership transition issues.
